Nassar Sebber, Esq.

Nassar Sebber, Esq. is Vice President of Pacific West Law and leads the firm’s Economic Development, Public Incentives, and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups. Since 1999, he has advised businesses, non-profits, and government entities on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, real estate development, and public finance.
He has extensive experience in redevelopment projects, including brownfield sites, public-private partnerships, and incentive programs. Mr. Sebber also serves as legal counsel to the UK Government Property Agency and is active in regulatory advisory roles.
A Cambridge-certified legal practitioner, he is a member of the British Council of Legal Practitioners, the UK Development Organization, and the Queen’s Legal Aid Commission. He earned his law degree from Cambridge University, where he serves on the editorial board of the Cambridge Law Review.
