Francesca Arcanum, Esq. is Secretary of Pacific West Law and leads the Litigation Department. She is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in complex business and commercial disputes, including fiduciary claims, fraud, employment litigation, and professional liability.
She has represented clients across Europe and the U.S., including public agencies, law firms, manufacturers, and healthcare professionals. Her background includes senior roles with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Environmental Protection Bureau.
A recipient of the Top Women in Excellence Award, Mrs. Arcanum is a member of the IADC and DRI’s Commercial Law and Professional Liability Committees.
